HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? (In stocks)

All packages are shipped via trackable courier, unless otherwise stated.

For standard shipping, delivery will be within 1 - 3 working days.

For express shipping, delivery will take 1 - 2 working days.

Please take note that delivery times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

Delivery timings are subject to delays during peak seasons (i.e. Christmas, sale)

SHIPPING RATES

For orders above $70, we offer free shipping. Otherwise, shipping will be $4 for every order.

If you intend to buy both in-stock and customised products, you will only be charged once for your shipping fees and your order will be shipped out together when the customised item is ready.

If you intend to buy both in-stock and pre-order/backorder products, you will be charged twice for your shipping fees as your order will be shipped out separately because instock items can be processed and shipped out immediately.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are sorry we only do local shipping currently. However, if you reaaaaally love our products and would like us to ship them to you internationally, do drop us an email at pippiepoppy@gmail.com!

WHAT TO DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

In the rare occurence that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at pippiepoppy@gmail.com within 5 days upon receiving the package, with the following information:

- Order Number xxx

- Clear photo of defective item & the said defect

Please ensure that product is still in original packaging and tags for it to be eligible for the return.
